To beat her stress while Prince Williamis in the Falkland Islands, Kate Middleton's been throwing herself into exercise using the Canadian Royal Air Force 5BX exercise regime favoured byWills, 29, and Prince Charles.
It lasts just 11 minutes a morning but it's an intense plan involving stretching, sit-ups and sprints.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 30, finds it eases her loneliness and triggers a mood boost.
Kate's friend says: 'It helps her forget about things. It's gruelling but it gives her brain a release.'
